1/16 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
Clean pork with water. Put pork in a baking pan. Mix by hand in a small bowl the seasoning ingredients in the order given. Make some cuts with a knife into the pork, fill each hole with the seasoning then season the pork outside. Put the seasoned pork in the refrigerator over night. Then cook as usual. Put a small bowl with water in the oven at the same time, so the pork will not dry out.
